The Website may contain contact details, communities and other message or communication facilities (collectively, “Messaging Services”) designed to enable you to communicate with an individual at Lex Mundi or at a member firm, or with a group of member firms. You agree to use the Messaging Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Messaging Service. To use the Message Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Messaging Services, you will not:

Lex Mundi has no obligation to monitor the Messaging Services and cannot verify the accuracy of statements that users make or place on or through the Messaging Services. However, Lex Mundi reserves the right to remove any materials from the Messaging Services in its sole discretion, disclose your identity to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights and take appropriate legal action.
Submissions
Lex Mundi does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Lex Mundi (including feedback and suggestions) or post or upload to any Website (collectively “Submissions”), including updates to Lex Mundi’s Global Practice Guides. However, by posting, uploading or submitting your Submission you are granting Lex Mundi and necessary sub-licensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses including, without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission.
