Skrine’s Intellectual Property (IP) Division is recognised as one of the most established and leading IP practices in the country. The firm’s services encompass all aspects of IP law and practice, from the inception, creation, management, maintenance and enforcement of the IP rights. The unit’s scope of work covers patent, trademark, copyright and industrial design protection, as well as other areas of IP, such as character merchandising, franchising, licensing, privacy, trade secrets and confidential information. The IP Division’s DR practice group has consisted of experienced and a respected team of lawyers advising on all aspects of IP enforcement in the courts and through other DR channels, (e.g. tribunals and regulatory authorities).
