The firm consistently review administrative decisions of public sector bodies and officials in applications to the High Court of Namibia, mostly with regard to actions taken by government officials in ministries and/or parastatals.

The firm represents three of the largest commercial banks in Namibia and recently assisted a new bank with its application for a new banking license and the implementation of its new banking license to commence with their banking business.
